Our Terms Of Engagement
The following terms govern all engagements with Dunril Nigeria Limited:
Scope of Services
Dunril Nigeria Limited provides consulting, advisory, facilitation, and verification services only. We do not sell, allocate, own, or broker crude oil as a principal.
No Guarantee of Transaction Closure
Engagement does not constitute a guarantee of crude oil supply, allocation, or successful transaction completion. All transactions are subject to seller approval, buyer qualification, and regulatory compliance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate corporate documentation, financial capability evidence, and act in good faith throughout all engagements.
Fees & Commission
Consulting fees and/or facilitation commissions, where applicable, shall be agreed in writing prior to engagement. Dunril Nigeria Limited does not request or collect regulatory, inspection, or government-related fees on behalf of third parties.
Confidentiality
All shared information, documents, and introductions are treated as confidential and subject to non-circumvention and non-disclosure principles.
Compliance & Ethics
All services are delivered in alignment with Nigerian laws, NNPC Ltd. procedures, and international trade standards.
